Horizons & Perkins Fellows Program Application

*Note that Horizons & Perkins Fellows will each meet as a group over dinner once a month on a Tues, Wed or Thurs night or Sun lunch. Horizons Fellows will attend a 24 hr retreat in September. Perkins Fellows will attend a mini urban retreat on the Monday before classes begin as well as attend the annual CCDA conference if you haven’t already attended one. Applying means you agree to arrange your schedule around these requirements.

Participation in the Fellows is by application each spring. The deadline to apply for the Fall of 2025 is March 17th.
